Our restaurant celebrates the rich gastronomy of the Cévennes with simplicity and character. Nestled in the hotel's lush green surroundings, it offers cuisine inspired by the heart of our region.

Our chef's talent is expressed through dishes that evolve according to his creativity, the calendar and the harvests. He works with the best that nature has to offer: locally reared game and poultry, early produce from neighbouring market gardeners, cheeses matured in our valleys, fish caught in our rivers or brought in from the Mediterranean coast... We favour short supply chains and passionate artisans. Behind each dish are faces, passed-down skills and a generous land.

And to accompany them perfectly, connoisseurs will appreciate our selection of wines from Languedoc and neighbouring appellations.
